How Long Do I Wear It?

If you have wrist pain from typing and mouse use or anything related, we recommend 1-2 sessions (15 minutes) a day. Your watch comes with a built-in timer. We recommend not exceeding 2 sessions in the same area within 24 hours.

How Long Does It Take To Work?

Most people feel relief from wrist and hand pain right away with pain gone in 1-3 weeks. For some individuals, it may take longer.

Side Effects?

Shipping Times?

Same day shipping. Your watch will be on your wrist in 2-6 days after you place an order.

Can I wear it while using my laptop or game device?

Yes.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation to your email and a separate email will be sent with a tracking number within 72 hours. However, your order is likely to arrive before that. You can contact us directly at support@relievewristpain.com if you need any further assistance.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We ship orders out within 24 hours after an order has been placed. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 2-6 days. For International orders, please allow up to 3-7 days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to most major countries around the world.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve already paid?

After we’ve shipped your product out you can’t cancel your order but once you receive it you can return it for a refund. Please view our full refund policy for more details.
